 | Brooks is a San Antonio native who understands current real estate market trends and property values due to his career in the real estate and mortgage markets spanning the last 11 years. It is thru this practical experience Brooks has learned the art of marketing, negotiating and understands the level of customer service his clients deserve. As a result, Brooks was a top producer at his previous company and has been a finalist for San Antonio’s PT 50 for 2008, 2009 and 2010. His commitment to his clients turns his professional relationships into personal friendships.
Out of the office Brooks enjoys the company of his beautiful wife and sharing his knowledge of hunting, fishing, horses, wildlife and their habitat with the couple’s two daughters. Brooks is an advocate for wildlife conservation and preserving our western heritage. His passion for the outdoors includes White Tail deer in South Texas, Mule deer in West Texas, wing shooting, sport fishing for blue marlin in the Gulf of Mexico, wildlife photography and riding his horse when time comes available.

Brooks also gives his support to local charities, he is on the board of directors of Boysville (shelter for at risk children), Chairman of the Beat the Heat Sporting Clay Shoot (benefiting Boysville) and San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo International Committee. He has had past involvement with the Moonlight Fund Charity Air Show that raised money for burn survivors and their families, as well as The Heatwave charity golf tournament and is a member of St. Peters Catholic Church.
