I really enjoyed working with Joel Harris throughout the entire process of purchasing my seaside lot. From the moment we started negotiations on the property Joel was helpful in getting all of the necessary paperwork made available and submitted. I was really amazed at how quick the purchase happened. Joel guided me through the items that needed to be completed along the way. Everything was in place and ready for a closing that happened about three weeks after we started working on the deal. I really appreciate all of the work Joel put in to make the purchase happen.
